Work with us on body, breath and mindfulness techniques to dissolve anxiety before and during public speaking. Learn to connect to your authentic voice to increase your ability to speak with authority and impact. 

Course Objectives

  • Discover simple breathing exercises to control nerves and promote calm
  • Learn how to manage your inner critic through confidence building performance techniques and work with pressure rather than react to it
  • Practise separating the personal from the professional, so that you can be ‘in the moment’ and deliver your message with clarity and confidence
