One Day Courses and Tasters

Due to the worldwide  COVID-19/Coronavirus situation, we are currently not able to offer face-to-face workshops. We hope to be able to offer all of our workshops again in the autumn. Watch this space!

Our one-day courses and Discover Central taster sessions are a great way to learn new skills or to find out more about Central's range of short courses. 

We currently offer the following one-day courses:-

• Unblocking the Actors' Body
• Facilitation Skills for Actors, Directors and Theatre Artists
• An Introduction to Drama and Movement Therapy: The Sesame Approach
• An Introduction to Screenwriting

We also offer 2.5 hour Discover Central taster workshops in Acting, Voice and Writing for people that are thinking about signing up for one of our evening courses or summer short courses and want to find out more. 

Who are the courses for?

• Anyone over 18, regardless of prior experience or training.
• People who are new to acting, voice, directing or writing.
• Actors and practitioners who want to nurture their skills.
• People who are looking to follow a career in the creative industries or those that are just looking for an interesting and fun hobby.
