LAMDA & Royal Central School of Speech and Drama co-host a one-day symposium on Saturday 10 March 10am-5pm.
Drama Schools have and continue to play a significant role in the commissioning and development of large-cast plays in the UK. This one day symposium brings together playwrights, industry professionals and those working on the development of new work in drama schools to explore whose stories we tell, what we do well, and what we could do better. How can we work together moving forwards? We will also explore the potential for creating a new network to explore these issues. This event aims to be the start of an ongoing conversation.
