Future remains a concept that constantly eludes our inseparable relationship to the present. CONTINUUM: a performance festival of futures deconstructs the concept of future and its implications on us as individuals and collectives across time and space
Delve into futures we know and others we don't. We explore space travel, sensory deprivation and alternate futures! How do we dance in the future? What if Maggie T came back from the dead? How do we deal with inevitability of death? Day one opens up these questions, featuring a special performance by MARTIN O'BRIEN
Take a glimpse into the future we want to create for ourselves! We've assembled a line-up of spoken word, cabaret, music, dance, performance lectures and dialogues with our future selves. The night ends in euphoric future-ritual/dance-party with headliner LADY VENDREDI.
Surge forward and create your own future by blowing the present wide open! Featuring vegan dystopias, mystical sci-fi adventures and puppets chasing their elusive future. Then let the music take over through an exploration of past futures and deconstructed instruments.
And at the end of the third day, there was.....PARTY
Dance, drink and laugh your way into the future with ultraviolet headliner JOHNSMITH.
